Bond cleaning usually covers cleaning of every surface internally and windows externally. It includes cleaning of ceilings, walls, floors, light covers, fans, air conditioners, inside cabinets and shelves, ovens, rangehood filters and sinks. Cleaning of window blinds/curtains, carpets and external areas are extra cost and would be done by specialist cleaners which we can coordinate for you.

While you're welcome to be present during the bond cleaning, it's not a requirement. Our professional cleaners are trained to work independently and efficiently. If you're unable to be present, we can arrange access to the property through a trusted method. Rest assured that we prioritise security and take the utmost care when conducting our services.

In the Bathroom we clean toilets, shower recess including glass screens, walls, taps and shower rose.  We clean the basin and vanity as well as the mirror.  We clean the bathtub if there is one and surrounding walls. We also dust down any flat surfaces like the window sills.

In the Kitchen we wipe down benchtops, fronts of cabinets including handles and fronts of appliances like fridges, mw, dishwasher and oven.  Wipe down sink and wash any reasonable number of dirty dishes. We replace the rubbish liner.

In the Living and Dining Rooms we do general dusting of furniture and reset anything on couch like cushions, coffee table and dining table.

In the Bedrooms we do general dusting, take any dirty dishes to the sink and take out any rubbish and replace rubbish liner.

Typically, throughout the house we do general dusting of furniture, panelled doors, base boards and any other contents and horizontal surfaces that have surface dust. We vacuum carpets and vacuum and mop any hard floors.
